The yard presented a large slope; we turned this challenge into an opportunity to create a modern bar and kitchen area. The layout allows for those enjoying the spa and pool to interact with the ‘living space’

This backyard transformation is a bold statement in modern outdoor living, where form and function collide with artistic clarity. Anchored by a minimalist geometric pool, the design speaks in clean lines and subtle contrasts framed by Techo-Bloc concrete paver coping, patio and surrounded by soft natural textures, from the river rock drainage to the curated lawn scape.

We choose a patio in Grande large slabs in a grey nickel finish for the upper patio. Clean running bond pattern for the contemporary look. The lower patio transitions from Grande Slabs into a hexa geometrical paver pattern for an extremely modern look.

The pool itself features an integrated tanning ledge for sleek loungers, inviting effortless relaxation just inches from the surface. At the opposite end, a raised spa flows with architectural grace, its cube-like form echoing a sculptural modernism that sets this design apart. Crisp, symmetrical chaise lounges rest on an elevated sun deck, backed by privacy plantings and flanked by dual cantilevered umbrellas creating the perfect visual rhythm between comfort and design. The plaster finish has been left in a concrete color to give an industrial finish.
